Tamás has a wide-ranging commercial practice advising companies, senior executives and boards on complex transactions and corporate strategy, including issues related to corporate governance and corporate finance. He has represented international companies, major financial institutions, private equity and other asset managers, and high-net-worth individuals on their most significant matters.

Prior to the establishment of the Firm, Tamás, as a member of a leading, „Magic Circle” international law firm (Allen & Overy), lead the M&A, media, employment, corporate and competition practice of the Hungarian operation.

Tamás is banking and EU law expert. He is specialising on corporate law, competition law, labour law, real estate and media law. Tamás is the author of several publications.
