Boglárka joined the Firm in 2014 as a trainee attorney, now she supports the Firm as an attorney-at-law, mainly engaged in company law, civil law, data protection and labor law cases. She supports the Client’s daily operation by providing personal continuous advisory.
Professional areas
Boglárka’s main area of expertise are corporate law and data protection, she has professional experience in the field of M&A and labour law. In the course of her work, she participated in the negotiation of significant company acquisitions and commercial contracts, as well as in the execution of large transactions.
Boglárka is a qualified data security and data protection lawyer.
